ELAINE HENNESSEY IS A WINNER WITH ONLINE TRAVEL TRAINING AND THE POLISH TOURIST BOARD

NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS REVIEW
 National Occupational Standards (NOS) are benchmarks of good practice for staff in the travel and tourism industry and are used to underpin a variety of qualifications including NVQs, SVQs, and education and training programmes. They're also a valuable resource in recruitment, performance management and career planning. To ensure that the Standards are fit for purpose, they're currently under review by People1st, the Sector Skills Council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.
