1. How long have you worked in the Travel Industry?
Five years.

3. Do you have any formal qualifications? Do you find that they help with your work?
I have NVQ level 2 and 3. I'm currently working towards my Team Leader NVQ level 2. I find it does help me to solve different problems that may occur within the branch.
4. What sort of points do you log with ATP?
 When I finish a section of my NVQ I log the points.
5. What's the best training/professional development experience you've had so far?
I have just become Assistant Manager which is a big acheivement for me.
6. What's been your favourite holiday destination?
Mexico, because it has great weather and great beaches.
7. Where would you like to go next?
There are a few places I would like to go next but it would have to be Florida or
Las Vegas.
8. What do you think is the best thing about working in travel?
Meeting new people and discovering new and exciting destinations.
